Interior
Minimalist Loft
A brutalist-inspired loft interior for a contemporary art collector. The space acts as a quiet, monochromatic canvas that allows the client's vibrant art collection to take center stage, while providing a deeply calming sanctuary from the chaotic city outside.
The Challenge
The original structure was a fragmented apartment with low ceilings and poor natural light. The client wanted an expansive, gallery-like feel without making the space feel cold or unlivable.
The Solution
We stripped the apartment down to its structural core, exposing concrete columns and beams. We unified the floor with seamless micro-topping and utilized warm, tactile materials like lime-washed oak and brushed brass to introduce warmth into the otherwise austere palette.
