Modern Estate
A sprawling multi-generational family estate organized around a series of interconnected courtyards. The design is a modern interpretation of traditional Indian courtyard planning.
The Challenge
Creating a cohesive architectural language across a massive site while ensuring privacy for different family units.
The Solution
We organized the estate into three distinct pavilions connected by glass corridors. The pavilions are united by a consistent material palette of board-formed concrete, local basalt stone, and rich teak wood.
