The Challenge
Preserving the crumbling laterite stone walls and original timber roof trusses while integrating modern plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical systems invisibly.
The Solution
We worked with local artisans to restore the laterite using traditional lime mortar techniques. All modern services were carefully routed beneath a new floating floor system, ensuring the historical walls remained completely untouched.
